Two separate rooms (bedroom and drawing room with a balcony).
Total space - 48 m2, h=4.2 m, a Samsung TV-set, cable television
(30 channels), videotape recorder, radio-recorder, armored door.
The lavatory has tiles of foreign manufacture and excellent sanitary
engineering.
All the windows face Maidan Nezalezhnosti, there is a parking, a
porch with a good lighting (entrance from the street, lock with
a code).

floor of a 9-storey brick building with an elevator. Two separate
rooms (a drawing room and a bedroom with a large balcony.
Total space - 65 m2, h=3.5 m, a TV-set, cable television (30 channels),
audio system, armored door. The lavatory and bathroom are separate
(Italian tiles and excellent sanitary engineering).
From the window you can see the Kyiv main street - Kreshchatik and
Maidan Nezalezhnosti Square. The metal-plastic windows protect you
from the noise and daily routine. There is a parking lot and a porch
with a code lock.
